Some e-mails are bounced because I run my own mail server and my ISP blocks some incomming data if it is classed as from a "spam" address. Offers to help me code the site - Im quite capable of doing it myself but feel free to send in tutorials etc and I will add them if they are good enough.
Spam - It will be ignored and probably stopped by the server if it contains the keywords in the spam filter.
Offers for link exchanges - I do not usually do link exchanges. I only do them when I think its fit to do so and the site is useful and informative.
Hate Mail - You should grow up, get a life and accept whats on the site. Its a public domain, and I can put whatever I like on it. (I doubt there is anything on the site to hate as such but there is always someone!).
